To the eggs add 4 cups of milk (200 ml glass), 2 tablespoons of sugar, a third of a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of soda (quench with vinegar or lemon juice first), 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil. I add soda to the pancake dough to make the pancakes porous. This is an optional ingredient and you don't have to add it.


Using an immersion blender or mixer, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then add 2.5 cups of flour, slightly heaped. Again, use the immersion blender and mix the flour into the dough. There should be no flour lumps.
